Early Education Center Tours (6 weeks old to PreK-4)

Private Academy Tours (TK to 12th Grade)

Admission Preview Days (TK to 12th Grade)
Attend one of our scheduled Admissions Preview Days. These open house events are a great way to have your questions answered and explore our campus alongside other families. Upcoming Preview Days include:

The Early Education Center accepts new student applications online on a rolling basis throughout the year — there is no application deadline and no application fee.
The TK-12th Grade Academy (including Enrichment) accepts new student applications online between September and June of each year.
There is a priority application and materials deadline of January 14 for families interested in receiving an admissions decision by March 15. New student applications submitted after the priority application deadline will be considered for admission based on available space but will not receive an acceptance decision by March 15.
To begin Wesleyan’s online application process, please create an account here. If you are new to Wesleyan, you will be asked to verify your account through email. (If you don’t see a verification email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.) Once verified, please log in using your username and password and follow the system prompts to create a new student application.
- Before beginning your application, please review our Admissions Policy and Standards to ensure alignment between your home and our school.
- Wesleyan charges a $100 application fee that can be paid by debit or credit card via the Online Application Portal.
- Before creating an application account, please make sure you gather all of the required supplemental materials listed on our Application Checklist.
- The online system will not allow you to submit the application unless all required documents are complete and uploaded. Please make sure each section of the application has a green checkmark. If you see a yellow exclamation point, we are missing the necessary information.
- After submitting your application, you will be able to log in and check your child’s admissions status.
- If you already have a child enrolled at Wesleyan and would like to submit an application for an older or younger sibling, please log in to your family portal account, click on Apply/Enroll, and click on Application (new student).
Tuition assistance helps many families afford the best education possible for their children. Our tuition assistance system provides a clear, impartial, and transparent process for determining assistance eligibility. Families can apply for tuition assistance through FACTS at any point in the admissions process, but we cannot award aid until after you have been accepted to Wesleyan. TK, K, and 1st Grade Developmental Assessments
All TK-1st Grade applicants will sit for the Gesell Developmental Observation-Revised (GDO-R) in early spring prior to a potential school start date in the fall. Currently scheduled Gesell Test Dates for admission into the 2024-25 school year include:

Age Requirements:
2nd – 12th Grade Applicants
Most students applying to grades 2-12 in our traditional Academy will be required to sit for the Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) test as part of Wesleyan’s admissions process. Our Admissions Committee likes to see applicants score above the 70th percentile in the areas of English and Math in order to proceed in the admissions process. Additional testing or information may be requested if your child does not score above the 70th percentile. Admissions testing may be waived if an applicant turns in previous standardized test scores (MAP, EOG, ACT, SAT, etc.) above the 90th percentile in English and Math. Currently, the following dates have been scheduled for 2nd-12th grade admissions testing for entrance into the 2024-25 school year:

2nd – 11th Grade Enrichment Applicants
Applicants applying to The Enrichment Center at Wesleyan Christian Academy will be tested individually and by appointment only. The Enrichment Center is a college-preparatory program specifically designed to assist students with mild to moderate learning differences. Due to this program’s specialized nature, testing our applicants in a one-on-one setting is required to better understand their academic strengths and challenges.
Kindergarten and First Grade Parent Meetings will be held in a group setting and are required for all new and current families. This meeting offers a more in-depth discussion of the Gesell Observation, our developmental approach to classroom placement, school-family communication, and the importance of our school-family partnership.
2nd – 11th Grade Principal Family Interviews are scheduled at the discretion of the Admissions Committee. During this meeting, our principals are eager to learn more about your family, your child’s needs, and your interest in Wesleyan. We will cover the topics of our accelerated college-preparatory curriculum, school-family communication, student discipline, and the importance of our school-family partnership. Wesleyan asks that at least one parent and the student applicant attend this interview.
Admission decisions will be communicated by email and will be communicated March 15th for families meeting the priority application deadline, and April 26th for families meeting the regular application deadline. Enrollment decisions past these dates will be made on a case by case basis.
Once admitted, families must confirm their enrollment by completing Wesleyan’s Online Enrollment Packet within seven business days of the acceptance date.

Wesleyan students experience an exceptional college-preparatory curriculum. While our curriculum is rigorous, our teachers provide individualized attention to help students prepare for the next step in their educational journey. Students who need extra support have access to our Resource Program and Enrichment Center, which provides smaller classes and academic tutoring tailored to their learning style to ensure progress.
The Resource Program is designed to serve children in 1st through 12th grades with mild to moderate learning disabilities in the areas of Math (1st-12th) and Reading (1st-4th) or English (5th-12th).
The Enrichment Center is available for students in 2nd through 12th grade who have been diagnosed with moderate to severe learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, auditory processing, central processing disorders, and/or attention deficit disorders (ADD/ADHD).
