Wesleyan values the safety of your children, hence, any parent wishing to volunteer in the classroom, on field trips, or provide transportation to off-campus events will be required to complete a background check.

To do so, simply click here, then complete and submit the form as directed. You and Wesleyan will be notified of your approval status. Once you’ve completed a background check for this year, it will be good for two years. 

The purpose of Wesleyan’s app is to provide an additional means to easily access information that is used on a regular basis via your cell phone.  We will continue to update and use our website to communicate with you!!

We anticipate adding features and updating others in the future, but we hope that you find that this first version of the app will be a helpful tool as your family navigates the informational needs of the school year. 

The Wesleyan Christian Academy – NC mobile app is now available to download via the Apple Store for iphones and Google Play for Androids.

Unique to the Student Schedule, Grade Book, Attendance, and Report Cards features, you’ll be prompted by the app to login. To do so, you’ll use your FACTS family portal login username and password (The district code, if asked, is WCA-NC). 

NOTE: If you log in before the start of school, the only features of those listed in the above paragraph that will populate with information will be the Student Schedule. 

1) IMPORTANT:  Emergency Alerts, Weather Alerts, and school closings will not be communicated via the app but will continue to be announced by way of our school text alert system. 

2) Reporting Issues with the Mobile App:  If you experience an issue using the app, you will find a hamburger menu at the top right of the app. The last link in that menu is titled “Report Issues”. You may click and complete the designated form there. We will address these as quickly as possible.

3) Mobile App Updates:  As with any app, Wesleyan will announce updates with improvements, fixes, etc. on a regular basis throughout the year. If you have any suggestions for app improvements, you are welcome to send them to marketing@wcatrojans.org where they will be reviewed by a committee for consideration in future updates.
