Academy Admissions Calendar (TK – 12)

Wesleyan Christian Academy accepts applications on a continuing basis. Observing the deadlines for testing and file materials below promises priority consideration for available space.

SEPT 2 | Admission tours begin for the following school year.

OCT 14 | New student applications are made available online.

OCT 23 | Admissions Preview Day: TK – 12 9:00 – 11:00 AM

NOV 13 | Admissions Preview Day: TK – 4 | 9:00 – 11:00 AM | Enrichment Center Preview Day 12:00 – 1:00PM

JAN 17 | EARLY Application Deadline. All required academic and reference materials due.

FEB 28 | EARLY Admission Decisions will be emailed to all applicants who completed applications by JAN 17.

FEB 28 | PRIORITY Application Deadline. All required academic and reference materials due.

MAR 07 | EARLY Enrollment Contracts and fees are due for students accepted on FEB 28.

MAR 28 | REGULAR Application Deadline. All required academic and reference materials due.

APR 04 | PRIORITY Admissions decisions will be emailed to all applicants who completed applications by FEB 28.

APR 11 | PRIORITY Enrollment Contracts due for students accepted on APR 04.

MAY 2 | REGULAR Admission Decisions will be emailed to all applicants who completed applications by MAR 28.

MAY 09 | REGULAR Enrollment contracts are due for all TK – 12 grade applicants accepted on MAY 02.

JUN 15 | Late application deadline and all materials due for applicants to be considered and admitted by the first day of school.
