After School Program

Wesleyan Christian Academy offers an After School Program for families needing extended care after the formal school day ends and during some all-day holidays and teacher workdays.  If you have specific questions about the program, please contact our Main Academy Office at (336) 884-3333 or email the After School Program Office at afterschool@wcatrojans.org.

After School Program Rates

Early Morning Drop-Off & Breakfast
Days and Time:  Monday – Friday | 7:00 – 7:40 AM
Cost:  No Charge
Location:  Cafeteria (Elementary Students) and Middle School Gym (Middle School Students)
Drop Off Location: Middle School Gym / Cafeteria Entrance (Eastchester Drive Entrance)

Students will be able to purchase breakfast through their declining lunch account between 7:30 and 8:00 AM.

One-Hour After School Care

Days and Times:  Monday – Friday | 2:30 – 3:30 PM
Cost: $35 per week
Location: Cafeteria
Pick Up Location: Main Academy Office (Centennial Street Entrance)

Three-Hour After School Care
Days and Times: Monday – Friday | 2:30 – 5:30 PM
Cost: $90 per week
Locations: Elementary Classrooms
Pick Up Location: Main Academy Office – Centennial Street Entrance

Daily After School Care (As Needed)
Days and Times: Monday – Friday | 2:30 – 5:30 PM
Cost:  $30 per day
Locations: Elementary Classrooms
Pick Up Location: Main Academy Office – Centennial Street Entrance

All-Day Care for snow days, Christmas break, and Easter break
Days: Days depend on school calendar.
Times: 7:30 AM (or delayed opening time for snow days) – 5:30 PM
Cost: $45 per day
Locations: Elementary Classrooms
Pick Up Location: Main Academy Office – Centennial Street Entrance
