Athletic Participation Forms
Wesleyan Christian Academy is proud to offer a Sports Medicine Office to all of our student-athletes. Under the direction of Mr. Nip Pesayanvin, our Sports Medicine Office serves students with injury assessment and treatment. Mr. Pesayanavin works closely with all Wesleyan athletes to ensure the precautionary steps are taken to avoid injury and, if injury occurs, to treat them and follow them through the recovery process.
ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION FORMS
Wesleyan Christian Academy’s athletic program proudly competes as a long-standing member of the North Carolina Independent Schools Athletic Association (NCISAA), upholding a tradition of excellence and integrity in sports. According to NCISAA regulations, all WCA student-athletes must have a current NCISAA Sports Physical on file with our Athletics Office.
