From early education through high school, Wesleyan Christian Academy provides a nurturing environment that prepares students to discover God’s calling.
At Wesleyan Christian Academy, we understand that academic success looks different for every student. This is why we’ve built our environment to prioritize every learner’s needs, where teachers know each student by name and instruction is personalized. Most importantly, all of this takes place within a Christ-centered atmosphere that nurtures students’ minds and hearts.
Our programs combine biblical truth with academic excellence, and students learn to think deeply and act with wisdom in every area of life. Through a wide variety of opportunities, personal guidance, and a caring community, we’ll partner with you to help your child pursue their greatest potential.

Academic Distinctives
At Wesleyan, academics are rooted in Christ, strengthened by meaningful relationships, and delivered with an intentional understanding of how students learn and grow.
Pursuit of Academic Excellence
Wesleyan provides a consistent, supportive learning environment from the early years through high school graduation. Students are challenged by a strong college preparatory curriculum that develops critical thinking and academic discipline. In recognition of this commitment, Wesleyan has been named an Exemplary School by the Association of Christian Schools International, an honor held by only a few schools worldwide.
Purposeful Mentorship
Strong academics begin with strong relationships. At Wesleyan, our teachers, coaches, and counselors are more than educators. They are mentors who invest deeply in the lives of their students. Because faith and learning are inseparable, biblical immersion is intentionally integrated in every subject area, shaping how students view the world and their role in it.
Personalized Pathways for Growth
God has created every child with unique gifts and learning styles. For students who excel academically and seek greater challenge, Wesleyan offers opportunities for advanced study and leadership development, encouraging them to stretch their abilities, deepen their thinking, and grow in confidence.
For students with mild to moderate learning differences, Wesleyan provides personalized instruction through our Resource Program and Enrichment Center. In these close-knit settings, children receive individualized support while remaining fully engaged in the life of the campus, ensuring they feel known, supported, and equipped to thrive.

Faculty & Support

“We seek to partner with parents and families, trusting Christ to guide us in the important work of teaching, modeling, and fostering the growth of every child entrusted to our care.”
Dr. David Ray
Head of School
Every parent remembers that one teacher who made a difference: the one who noticed, who listened, who believed. At Wesleyan, that’s the heart of our culture.
Our teachers are certified through the State of North Carolina and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). They’re not only highly qualified but deeply called to what they do: mentoring, praying with, and guiding students to succeed.
Informal peer mentoring is encouraged across all grade levels, helping students learn from and support one another within the school community. A dedicated team of faculty and staff works to support students in their academic, social, and spiritual growth. From classroom support in the early years to college and career counseling in high school, students are guided and encouraged at every stage of their journey.
